Iain Graydon



Iain Graydon is a business psychologist specialising in management training and development with a wide-ranging experience across a large number of blue chip companies. He holds a BSc and a PhD in Psychology and is a Chartered Psychologist and full member of both the British Psychological Society (BPS) and the Association of Management Education and Development (AMED). He has had considerable experience in the field of Management Development including a directorship in a dynamic young company specialising in Communications Skills. In addition to designing and running programmes tailored to meet specific needs, Iain also acts in a consulting capacity to a number of organisations, helping them to determine their management and organisational development needs and the solutions to those needs. More recently, this has led to a number of strategic workshops at more senior levels.

Susan Graydon



Susan Graydon is a Home Economist by training and a Conference co-ordinator by experience. She has operated as assistant housekeeper at the former GEC Management College (now Dunchurch Park Conference Centre) where she was responsible for the day-to-day running and maintenance of the College in addition to the well-being of delegates and VIPs. She held the posts of Head housekeeper at the Ardencote Conference Centre, and then Conference and Banqueting co-ordinator for Queens Moat Houses. She is a full partner in the business and functions as Business Administrator, handling the financial and administrative side of the business.
