Iain Graydon

Iain Graydon is a business psychologist with a wide-ranging experience spanning more than 30 years experience in the business. His main focus is management training and development where he has operated across a broad range of enterprises, especially large multi-national blue chip companies. He holds a BSc and a PhD in Psychology and is a Chartered Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and has links to the Association of Management Education and Development (AMED).  In addition to designing and running programmes tailored to meet specific needs, Iain also acts in a consulting capacity to a number of organisations, helping them to determine their management and organisational development needs and the solutions to those needs. This has led to a number of strategic workshops at more senior levels. A natural extension to this is personal and professional coaching which he offers either face-to-face or online. He has also designed and delivered two online modules for a Foundation Degree in Merchanting at Birmingham City University and regularly delivered workshops on Resilient Leadership and Mental Toughness for their Multi-Unit Leadership Diploma. The focus is on serious fun. Iain makes it fun which helps people relax and focus on the serious issues.
